The chinese and the americans are awaiting the November mid-term election. This is why the "trade war" hasn't been resolved yet. Judging by kavanaughs appointment I'll say there is a fair chance the Republican would get in. Which would lead to more certainty about this trade war going on. As for TLS, LT prospect has always been good. Just don't see Floptus or cheap charlie VHA/TPM going to do much on the 5G front. The ban on Chinese influenced companies is justified in recent days as well. Putting national security 1st is paramount.
