I dont really follow the bond market but I guess I should.
So why is there a selloff in bonds right now?
Is it because rates will rise?
Why will there be a bond collapse after the Fed announcement?
If you could explain that would be appreciated.
As to the Italian yields, I did read an article this morning on Bloomberg somewhere that said the ECB has widened its QE or something like that. It was a fairly obtuse kind of article.
Perhaps the ECB is intervening?
