Two cheapies that I think will do well ultimately are CHK and RLC
CHK particularly may surprise to the upside given its historical results and the fact that mining was ceased in the days when 3% cobalt was uneconomical (30x grades of present Aussie Co projects). Just think of what's in the tailings alone!
