    RNE worth a look:

    $2.7m market cap (2.3c), 120m shares, $2.45m cash with another $780k due from business sale and recently appointed KPMG to assist with M&A. Structure has 250m of losses that could provide value. Accounts clean except for $1.4m provision for site remediation.
