Doesn't a percentage of the revenue belong to MCL as CGB only own 55% of them?
I'm pretty sure the date for withdrawal of funds from the cap raise has once again passed, and another chance will be given to withdraw fund when Supp Prospectus 12 comes out, CGB should send letters to all participants of the cap raise advising them them may withdraw their application if they wish to.
face it most Mum & Dad investors would't read the fine print and would not be aware they can withdraw their application. The worst part is we are going to be talking about this for another 3 months or more cheers finn
