Not sure about others but I'm quietly dissapointed that we are not aquiring Medcann for the 250,000,000 shares as originally proposed.
Yeh it's more dilution however when you look at the shares already on issue or potentially to be issued the deal would hardly be the straw to break the camels back.
I'd much prefered to have locked those licenses & approved facility down.
I'm assuming the Bonify deal now has no direct bearing on CGB shareholders.
I'd still take the BioHealth deal anyday of the week though & please don't take this post as something negative, just being spoilt wanting to have my cake & eat it.
All this said who really knows what Sholom has instore for shareholders down the track? I'm sure that locking down all relevant industry licenses under CGB will be somewhere in the plan.
