Bonnyrigg. New housing and artworks

The Newleaf Bonnyrigg public-private partnership has released its first 56 new homes for sale, in the Bonnyrigg public housing estate, under a 30-year agreement with Housing NSW. Partners Becton Corp, Westpac Banking Corp, Spotless Group and St George Community Housing will replace the existing 833 public dwellings with new homes and develop 1500 private dwellings over the next 12 years, according to The Australian Financial Review. Elsewhere, the Parramatta-based ICE entity, as part of its commitment to the project is inviting artists to contribute to public art projects in stage 1 of the redevelopment of the estate.
