Hi everybody as i read the ann. the 1 for 8 bonus issue will be once the 1 for 10 capital reconstruction has taken place.so if you own 1000 shares now you will have 100 new shares post consolidation.then a 1 for 8 bonus issue on the new shares is add another 8.3 shares..so total shares you will have is 108 from 1000 original.price should be times 10 from old shares.
