You need to complete the following steps,
1. Set up an Automic account if you haven't already (need HIN for this). Google and register as per instructions.
2. Click on Documents and Statements once account is set up.
3. Click on Other Documents. You should see Lake Resources N.L Bonus Options.
4. On the right hand site click on the download option.
Once opened it has all the relevant details you'll need to exercise options. Hope this helps.
