Bonus options - when are you executing?, page-42

I have an "Investor" account with Automic which I set up a number of years ago. I can see my bonus options, but there is no 'Documents and Statements' anywhere. On the left-hand side of the screen I have: Portfolio, Offers, Meetings, Forms and Settings. None of these has anything under them that is of any use. Impossible to get through via the 1300 number. I have sent them an email for which I received an auto-reply "Investor Services will get back to you within 2 business days." Do the companies who register with Automic even know how crappy a registry it is?
