    Bonus or depression... Not only did the offer obtained, or rather closed, by L. Tonkin not include a premium on the last price, but in addition the SLR price at $1.18 does not correspond to the conditions of the merger ! At 3.434 RED shares for 1 SLR, today's price should be $1.236 !

    Desperation or manipulation (?), that could be the question, but one more reason not to give in to this villainous offer!
