Luke has nuked SLR's share price with gwalia acquisition and screwing up the Sugar ramp up by not drilling out the ore body before going mining. If he fails to get this deal done at this stupid valuation he needs to fall on his sword. The market caps of these two companies should not be the same. Net present value is about a $1.60.
