The pain continues ...

According to the 2012 AR the following bonuses were paid, DT $201k, Rachel Herbon $30k & Johan Heystek $86k.

(See p. 28-29 for all the bonus criteria & judge for yourselves).

Thankfully they didn't get their full bonus entitlements. DT got 41% entitlement, Herbon 19% & Heystek 28%.

And Bruce B's termination entitlements seems to be the biggest bonus of them all - unbelievable, $1.6m cash.

Looks like $600k was owed to directors in salary as at 30/6/12. Throw in other loans from RRS etc and its all looking very ugly.
