Did he get paid cash or in shares!!

At the end of the day how is CCC still trading considering it is in the middle of selling or Jv assets?
I would have thought a trading halt until the market knows what they are investing in would have been legally forced or been the norm!

Positive note the trading still looks like nothing major is happening.
If we start trading at 1cent then we have a problem, but t also wouldn't surprise me to see the market manipulators to bash this down just to take further advantage of the little guys!
