    DRP hardly enticing. Don't rule out (if production meets target over extended time frame )a bonus share issue as a very sensible solution to a lot of competing needs. Besides Mr Music nobody else seems too interested whether this plant can actually achieve target production levels for a sustained level. Given many plants can easily run above nameplate capacity i wonder whether this will ever happen at C?
