    those registered on 31.01.2007 will receive free bonus option exerciseable at 25 cents on or before 2010. You receive 1 free option for every 4 shares held. 3 years until expiry at approximately the same price the share is today and with all the wells being drilled surely VPE can add value in the next 3 years. Its for free any way.... nothing to lose except future dilution of share value.... no such thing as a free lunch.................
