I see the bonus ops as a net positive for VPE s/holders. If they luck out with the drill bit, the ops will increase ones leverage to sp upside.
No luck with the drilling, the options will eventually lapse.
Also good that the exercise price is at a 10% premium to current sp, as it allows the sp to runnup a bit before options overhang kicks in.
