    They're not allowed to sell them for less than they paid for them, so $1.55-odd. Once shareprice gets above this, they become a bit of a potential anchor, so your suggestion of selling them back to existing shareholders (or at least giving us first crack at them) makes good sense, not that that will necessarily mean that such an outcome eventuates.
