By all accounts Bluescape put a CRO in place to oversee CFO Paul Weibel’s spendings. Pretty much a financial baby sitter. So for about 10 weeks the CFO could not buy a stamp without Bluescapes approval!
His first transaction though post this Bluescape deal was a nice one for himself. On December 6 he paid himself (US$93,800.00) and Susan (US$156,300.00) with second payments of US$100,000 due on January 19 2024.
All approved by the outrageously conflicted board member Graham van't Hoff, the Bluescape representative.
