Our Executive Key Management Personnel on top of their salaries were awarded Bonuses in the reporting period. Further, from July 1 2016, post this reporting period the Board has approved the introduction of a new company-wide incentive scheme focussed on driving long term growth. (Ref pages 32 to 35 AR 2016). Further to that as per page 31 of the 2015 AR early terminatoin of the CEO's contract other than for serious misconduct requires 3 months notice in writing. In the 2016 AR as per page 33 this has now been expanded to six months. I must have missed both memos.
