Agree with you stevenjd: "it's reality time" for BON holders.
I would suggest that first and foremost they digest the Target's Statement by the two BON independent Directors and the BDO Independent Report.
Then.......have a good nights sleep.
In the morning.......go out and take a little time to smell the roses(or any other sweet-scented-flora in your garden).
Then.......come in and fill in the Acceptance Form for MAK's offer. You will do so knowing it's the right decision, as will be confirmed by this time next year when the value of your MAK holding is multiples of current.
