Bon will get snapped up by MAK with a minimum of 50% of shares being acquired. What are you complaining BON guys going to do then??? Face facts that the directors hold between 10 and 20% of the shares. They only need to get to 50%. The 'independent' report is very firmly in favour. This takeover was complete from the moment MAK fired the starter's pistol.
