Offer is fair in my opinion based on 10-1 shareprice. Both stocks are very speculative so trying to value them with all these theoretical methods is pointless. I think its a win-win situation. From here if BON does get taken over my guess is BON exploration will be minimalfor a number of months until MAK's resource is near production. During this time BON holders can still experience growth in their capital that might have taken quite a bit longer as BON alone. I am not sold on BONs assets but obviously directors are, so I think all shareholders will benefit from this.
