Arbitrage is good if you only want a few. Not enough on offer to make it worthwhile really. Also, even though we suspect the takeover is going to happen there is no guarantee, so that adds to the unknown factor. Finally there will be a period where you dont have control over your shares so this is often a disincentive as well.
Watching nevertheless just in case.
