No checked baggage, no call centre, and no Sydney. It's starting off as the opposite model of Business Air.
At $49 per seat, I can only imagine the razor thin margins. We couldn't do that with a C-172 / 182 in WA mining towns 25 years ago!
I wonder if with the thin to nonexistant margins from selling seats, maybe its more economical to use more of the cargo space as freight anyway?
