    I looked at the Amphead deal, they effectively seem to have bought the company for $60,000 in shares. That's less than you'd pay for a decent milk bar! It's got dotcom smudged all over it! Two deals do not a profit make. Currently I can see no reason why this stock should take off unless it's a hot air baloon!
