Bird-Sorry about your suspension. However, you really need to rethink pointing a finger at AS. When he was booted by the current group, he had completed the Amgen transaction and the Company was poised to start delivering product from the Unifill line. Unilife had about $65 mil in the bank with a further large commitment for additional funds from Amgen. AS had guided the Company for 14 years through some tough times and never had the Company in a better position than when he was tossed.
In less than a year after seizing control, the current management led the Company into bankruptcy. Put the blame where it belongs.
