You can not *save* OpEx when you are comparing a completely different company. The one benefit of the TxMD transaction was utilising the existing, expensive and under utilised Nextstellis Sales force + $20m additional.
The Share Price doesn't lie. You may not like it, and I may not like it, but MYX didn't meet market expectations in their FY results, all eyes will be on cashflow and a + EBITDA result 1H
