More than double the closing price of 2.3c

I'm sorry it is 2.3c , in the UK we get prices after a 20 minute delay , and there was 4000 shares @ 2.3c on offer , and 95K @ 2.4c

I tried to buy all 4000 (90+AUD @ 2.4c) but my broker is crazy and said insufficient funds.

Instead of using 90+AUD to buy 4000, they paid 87AUD for 3,750 shares and I had a few GBP left over which is useless because 90 is their minimum trade, whether AUD or GBP.
I added more funds and repeated the deal 90+AUD @ 2.4c and this time got 3820 @ 2.3c which surprised me because 250 were @ 2.3c and the rest should have cost 2.4c?

Once the 20 minutes were up I saw the reason! The 95K seller must have seen the 2.3c trade of 3750 , and unbelievably dropped his price to 2.3c? WTF? This is why the share price is so low - nutters abound! Now the market is closed I see 90k are no longer on offer so he has decided to hang on them? But he has effectively removed 2.4c from the book altogether and totally reversed what I intended to do.
