Drswing....All I can say is that PEN has faced problems like many other mining companies and it seems especially so in the Uranium area..However the Demand for uranium is rising ...many new reactors are coming to fruition in the next three years and China's and India are in massive nuclear building programs. There are 440 Power Reactors now working world wide with another 60 coming on stream .added to this literally 100s of reactors are being used on submarines ,Aircraft carriers and ice breakers and I expect with the growth of Modular Reactors many more will be used in International shipping.

With the introduction of Modular reactors many more are expected to provide extensive power applications to cities Factories and towns...there is great flexibility ,fast building and rapid instillation of modular reactors that will rapidly replace coal fired power. We are on the verge of a massive move into Atomic energy creation and a rising demand for uranium.

Pen is entering production at arguably one of the best times for years in Uranium production...

I would say that your long struggle with Pen may be about to turn...The Darkest hours are just before the dawn breaks through...Production is only months away and I believe there will be a rapid revaluation of Pen as soon as production starts and then there will be a steady upward rise in price in the years ahead....it's strange but as soon as a share begins to rise after a protracted fall it moves up sharply and "people give a sigh of relief and start selling" pushing the price down before the real strong upward trend move begins ...so my advice is just hold until the main upward trend begins after the first pull back .

On a fundamental basis PEN is very cheap and it's one of the vagaries of the stock market that many times shares are sold of at the point the shares present their greatest value....Price is often confused with value ....Price is what you pay and often has no relation to the value of what you buy ....PEN in this case is at that final turning point where "The Baby is now Being Thrown Out with the Bathwater."
    All the Best to All
