I think What A Gas could be right, likely some stale TIS holders who for unknown reasons didn't take the opportunity to sell at 7c last year. The most recent selling data available from the low volume days at the end of the week saw selling from CommSec (retail) and Instinet (Chi X algo). Interesting to see the first signs of buying from Evans and Partners (high net wealth).
