As with yacheng, I had no idea anything was going on with this poor excuse for a company. Until today.
I received a letter from "Babcock and Brown Recoveries", which straight away screamed SCAM!
They want 50% of whatever one would be entitled to anyway with a positive outcome. It sounds like that scam artist who offers to buy shares from unwitting shareholders at a fraction of their value.
Anyway, I was "only" a shareholder, so I don't expect much, if anything. I wrote these crooks off long ago.
I also note that even though B&B Recoveries states their physical address is O'Connell St in Sydney, their phone and fax numbers are Penrith area. That in itself is suss.
I am assuming, that IF monies are available to shareholders of ASX:BNB, those monies will be distributed even though we received that letter years ago calling it a capital loss?
Thanks. Cheers.
