Just did some checking.... hmmm.... the phone numbers are for their law firm at Castle Hill, but B&B Recoveries, even though O'Connell St is their stated address, is registered to:

Which is an old block of flats. The way the letter is worded too, seems to indicate that by signing, I may be liable for any extra monies for legal fees needed to recover monies due to me.
Feels like a scam.....
