    Well, he is not going to be able to get any more money for you than what the courts are going to allocate. There has been an indication that shareholders of BNB notes will be getting some funds some time next year, so I think I would just wait for the funds to come from legitimate sources not from some dodgey guy who is cashing in and and taking an easy 50%.
