If there was a successful "technique", then everyone would leverage up 100 times and use it to become rich very quickly.
It's a bit like ready a golf magazine. Every week there is a new "technique" to lower your score, improve your putting or driving. Of course, none of them works. None.
There is something strange going on which no one has written about. I might write that book one day.
