@kingpins - so sorry to read of your troubles! - but if everything else is in working order, be happy - or at least 'reasonably in order'; and I empathise with 'audio-books' would be much too slow for me. I, too, have taken to watching movies, but will go back to writing, I did enjoy the process.
I hope you can see enough to watch movies? on TV???
Come to think of it, I haven't been to a big movie theater for quite a while, I always enjoyed the experience.
P.S. I have kick-started a get-fit program today!! Shall go for the walks I used to do when I had a dog - there is a fair bit of bush behind my property - but lousy weather today in Western Australia (Perth Hills area).
