    Old economy stock trying to tackle amazon (deep discounting) and spending huge on Google/Search Engines to retain brand prominence.

    Trying to sell books @ $100 but customers only paying $75 on product that costs $90 (to get to the customer) x millions of transactions per year - a tough gig!!!
