This seems to be your" Per Annum" prediction you might as well take a number as the line long.

Eventually everything we invest in has its ups and downs

    So Far hasn't happened.

Dooms Dayers of the property market have predicted its demise since the early 90,s.

Looking back over the years, for property to reach the levels of the 90,s in the areas I have previously invested the drop would have to be in the vicinity of 90%

I say this because recently I attended an auction of a property I sold back in the mid 90,s in the 250 range (900 sq/m 6 km from cbd) it sold at auction just over 4 weeks ago $ 1.465 million.

Like all forms of investment you need to do your home work.

You need to understand the variables that drive demand in the investment.

Doom Dayers only hope for catastrophe in order to say I told you so.

Even when they are making these predictions, what they don't realize is for such a reset to happen they will be the first victims of the catastrophe as the unemployed don't get loans, the lending criteria become so rigid that you will need to own a bank in Order to borrow.

Much like what is happening in the casualty countries of the GFC today.
