I think that some posters here are reading too much into the english language here.
There are two issues here
Senior Loan and Release from Escrow.
In the comments made to the Senior loan, it is mentioned 'the condition', ie singular.
With the respect to releasing from escrow, the reference to 'an important condition' could mean that the company merely views the condition as important and is stating as such...or as other posters here are alluding to, that it actually means there is more than one...
Are we getting paranoid given the melt down of OZL ?
