The company is in bed with BHP, has recently proven all the technologies work. are negotiating with a number of corpoarates including BHP and Multi serve and people are selling at these prices.

But no doubt people will complain that they missed the chance to average down after the price goes up.

...reminds me of a joke...

a guy is sitting on his roof surrounded by flood waters. A Policeman in a inflateable came along and said hop in. He said no thank you God will save me. Then along came the SES in a rescue boat and they said get in. He said no thanks God will save me. The SES continued on their way. A few minutes later came a rescue chopper with a winch, the man waved the chopper on and said no thanks, God will save me.

Anyway, the waters rose and the man drowned. When he got up to heaven he said, God why didnt you save me. God replied, I sent and inflatable, the SES and a chopper, what more did you want?

So...the buy signs are there, we just have to read them the right way!
