historically to my knowledge Humm/flexi hasn't had a high PE. Unless someone been able to dig up otherwise ?
You are right in that 7 PE is very conservative compared to say market averages which would be 15-20 PE if not more.
It does show though that as a minimum holding this PE, on achieving NPAT targets it should head north of $1 as a minimum. Time frames to achieve that could be alot quicker than anticipated. Obviously if macro struggles it will weigh it down. Any upside plus promising NPAT showing 70 M is on target, i wouldn't be surprised it's achievable in the next 6-9 month's. Im realistic that any run pull back.... in this case it was crazy cheap. the next few months will be interesting.
