Come on SilverTrade…you know as well as I do this has been the same thing that has happened for the last 2 years. It’s a completely different beast.
While it has a smaller addressable market than the other players it is now pivoting towards a different product offering from them all also. Not a BNPL and won’t benefit from the surge of the other BNPL’s anymore. The results will speak for themselves come the half year reports and it will rerate. The part of the business we were going to sell HCF was going to sell of our credit cards and big things. I believe these two products will demonstrate sustainable profitability and won’t be the drag that Wiley and Co tried to bluff us with.
