According to the Trading Room website, "Company Announcements are rated by the ASX as either market sensitive or not."
If the ASX had as much trouble understanding yesterday's announcement, as we all did, then they probably couldn't determine if it was market sensitive or not.
How the ASX even let these shonky releases through is beyond me. There are no director or PR contact names, no background notes on companies mentioned and the content of the release provides more questions than answers.
