You're right Guata, and it annoys me too. But in this instance i think their objective is actually to keep the price at 3 cent rather than 2.9 cent but someone someone tries to work it both ways for whatever reason. In the end I believe that you can't stop the move upwards once the volume dictates the real upwards move. I have held for over 3 years and believe the real move upwards will happen soon and for all the right reasons. GLTAH
