What he's talking about is if the powers to be had not raised money at a ridiculous discount twice to the same bottom of the barrel mob the share price would be so much higher......if they had raised money with a reputable broker at a rate reflective of the strong opportunity an investment in AVL represents then you wouldn't have the same rinse repeat cycle....ie good news followed by short term share price rally then followed by selling...then back to square 1....terrible capital management has resulted in near 4 billion shares on issue and counteracts any positive progress
