    Time is killing the sp.
    In the nw 4th edition they said D&M would have a report by end of march.

    Only 2 months late.

    Awe report said way back in 19 Feb that Nwe should have it completed in 4 months.

    But all the same IMO it's senseless reporting anything to market till they get this prelim report.

    As IMO news of further delays would hurt the sp even more.
