No ones talking about the removal of cgt on ppor's which looks like it's being considered .
I guess if house prices fell due to the removal of ng then people's cgt bill would reduce as well because their ppor is worth less .
I like how the article suggests that ppor's being cgt free are ' costing ' the government .
