Mattkid, Polyheal actually has to be applied twice a day for 4 weeks, with gauze and bandaging each time. Followed by 8 weeks standard care, I also note their website is under construction:)

The majotity of wounds had< 25% granulation at baseline. The wounds included venous insufficiency and various etiologies, post trauma, post surgery, and diabetes mellitus.

PolyHeal is not for use on infected and necrotic wounds. In case of local infection use relevant antibacterial therapy before application of the device. Remove necrotic tissue before treatment with PolyHeal. Not suitable for highly exuding wounds.
