FYI
QUT doesn't bother to mention its license partners, as it wants to keep the focus on QUT itself - i was faited to be one of their people in Blue Box, the university's commercialisation unit, which marries up university developments with external private sector companies (collaboration) and partners (licensing), all of which brings in multi-millions for QUT annually -- and they do this very competitatively, as UofQ is just up the road, and Griffith Uni (?) is also starting to getting into the commercialisation swing also -- the fellow who made UofQ's commercialisation unit so successful over the years, was poached by QUT - he's the fellow i was in discussions with, and he knows how to place just QUT front and centre when spruiking the various wares the university is affiliated with, or has developed, jointly or otherwise...
so this 'ad' is just to promote the fact you can get into bed with QUT and make $ -- it's not about supporting and assisting the promotional and marketing activities of TIS.. that's TIS's job
from memory anyways, there are very clear milestones under the license agreement between QUT and TIS, which are worth recounting here (i was only thinking this week to go back over the terms), where should TIS fail on particular milestones, QUT can take back the whole Kit and Kaboodle from TIS, and look for another license partner.. which, i might add, seems unlikely should TIS get this CE approval and sales thing happening soon...
good luck
