Mmm someone raised the other day the lack of progress on ELDPA. Convince me that the matthews capital play may just be a pure value call with a potential short term upside if anyone else gets interested. I think if there was an actual takeover afoot then there should be some strength in ELDPA. 1/2 price debt is pretty attractive.
